We’ve recently made several updates to make your experience faster and more convenient, including the launch of online self-scheduling. You can now book appointments anytime and view our real-time availability. If the time you need appears unavailable, please give us a call—we may be able to adjust our schedule to accommodate you.

We’ve also changed our business name to SF Notary LLC, doing business as SF Notary + Apostille, and moved to a new professional, private office in Hayes Valley where we occasionally meet with clients. If your accounting department needs an updated W-9 reflecting our new name and address, let us know, and we’ll send one right away.

Lastly, after more than two decades of serving our clients, Gary has retired. We thank him for his years of dedication and wish him a happy and fulfilling retirement.
