Experience and knowledge of estate documents
Through thousands of estate plan signings conducted over our company’s 22 years of service in the San Francisco Bay Area, we have developed unparalleled expertise in notarizing estate planning documents created in California and other states. Our California Secretary of State-commissioned, background check-verified, insured, and bonded notaries understand the critical importance of notarizing estate plan documents correctly and bring extensive experience with trusts, assignments, powers of attorney, advance health care directives, HIPAA authorizations, trust transfer grant deeds, and other estate planning documents. We also gladly witness will signings at no additional charge.
Estate plan packages commonly include some or all of the following documents:
Trust
Certification of Trust
Will
Funding Instructions
Assignment of Personal Property
Advance Health Care Directive
HIPAA Authorization
Financial Power of Attorney
Durable Power of Attorney
Nomination of Guardian
Nomination of Temporary Guardian
Medical Power of Attorney for Minor Child
Grant Deed
We provide witnesses
Some estate plan documents may require one or two witnesses when they are executed. For documents that don't require notarization, usually the Will, the notary can act as one of the witnesses. This means that a second witness will be required. You can ask a neighbor or friend to be a witness, but make sure that your witness is not a potential beneficiary. If you prefer, we can bring one or more impartial witnesses with us to your estate plan signing. Please call us at +1 (415) 655-9455 to discuss your requirements and schedule your signing.
We cover the Bay Area
Our estate plan notaries are able to travel to locations all over the San Francisco Bay Area and meet clients during or outside of business hours.
Additional services
In addition to providing witnesses, we also offer printing, scanning, courier, shipping, and deed-recording services.
