Canada Joins Hague Apostille Convention

Great news! On 12 May 2023, Canada became party to the Hague Apostille Convention, meaning that they will soon issue and accept apostilled documents.

The general reaction has been, "Well, it's about time!" Canada was one of the few developed nations that had not joined the Convention, which made document authentication more complicated than it should have been with our neighbors to the north.
