Through conducting thousands of estate plan signings, we have developed unparalleled expertise in notarizing estate plan documents created in California and other states. Every notary public on our team understands the purpose of each estate plan document and how to properly execute each document.
Estate plan packages tend to include some or all of the following documents:
- Trust
- Certification of Trust
- Will
- Funding Instructions
- Assignment of Personal Property
- Advance Health Care Directive
- HIPAA Authorization
- Financial Power of Attorney
- Durable Power of Attorney
- Nomination of Guardian
- Nomination of Temporary Guardian
- Medical Power of Attorney for Minor Child
- Grant Deed
We provide witnesses
Some estate plan documents may require one or two witnesses when they are executed. For documents that don’t require notarization, usually the Will, the notary can act as one of the witnesses. This means that a second witness will be required. You can ask a neighbor or friend to be a witness, but make sure that your witness is not a potential beneficiary. If you prefer, we can bring one or more impartial witnesses with us to your estate plan signing. Please call us at +1 (415) 655-9455 to discuss your requirements and schedule your signing.
We cover the Bay Area
Our estate plan notaries are able to travel to locations all over the San Francisco Bay Area and meet clients during or outside of business hours.
Additional services
In addition to providing witnesses, we also offer printing, scanning, courier, shipping, and deed-recording services.
